Where do we send the spare part?

Tell us about the issue

Please upload a photo of the spare part required and a photo of the product. Several photos and/or a video* may be necessary. If the item has a fault please include a photo with a tape measure or some common object for perspective as well as a photo showing the entire item rather than just a close up.
