How to care for your Petrified Wood furniture.
General Care
- Dust regularly. Pay attention to any naturally formed crevices that could house dust, dirt and grime.
- For light cleaning, wipe with a lightly damp cloth. Dry thoroughly with a soft clean cloth to prevent spotting.
- Do not use abrasive cleaning products, polishes or waxes as this than cause irreparable damage to the natural wood.
Important Considerations
- Speak with your Designer to ensure the products selected are suitable for your specific environment as well as discuss the level of maintenance that will be needed.
- Petrified wood is a natural material and will have variations in colour, texture, size and porosity.
- Hairline cracks, mottling, staining and slight irregularities may be present or occur with time. These will not affect the integrity of the product and are not considered a manufacturing defect.
