To celebrate GlobeWest's 20th anniversary, we caught up with the dynamic duo, Kyal and Kara. Renowned for their innovative design and construction expertise, Kyal and Kara have been inspiring Australia's next generation of renovators for over a decade. Join us as we dive into their inspiring journey, transforming countless homes and their longstanding relationship with GlobeWest.
How would you describe your relationship with GlobeWest over the years?
Globe West have always been super supportive of our projects over the years, and we couldn’t have completed so many projects over the years without their amazing and extensive range.
When you think of GlobeWest, what comes to mind?
When I think of GlobeWest, I think of quality furniture that you won’t see in the mainstream stores.
Can you share any memorable experiences or projects where you’ve incorporated GlobeWest pieces.
The first project that comes to mind would be our time filming on “Reno Rumble” in Melbourne approximately 9 years ago. I remember heading into the Melbourne showroom and being blown away at the scale and diversity of the range.
Another memorable moment was working with the Sydney team to style the 2022 Samsung AV Launch – we were working on super tight deadlines and the team were just so amazing to work with to get the project looking amazing.
Most recently, furnishing our latest project “Bay Builds” – the side by side development called for two completely different looks – and I was able to achieve this using Globe West furniture – a credit to the design team for their extensive selection of beautiful furniture and homewares.

Jul 24-We recently had the pleasure of hosting a special event to commemorate GlobeWest's 20th anniversary, alongside the launch of our Collections 2025 at Décor and Design.
The evening was filled with excitement as we welcomed friends of GlobeWest to join us for this milestone celebration. We loved hosting with celebratory drinks & canapes. It was a wonderful opportunity to reflect on our journey so far and look forward to what’s next with Collections 2025.
