To celebrate GlobeWest's 20th Anniversary, with caught up with Darren Palmer. Read the interview with Darren as we discuss his longstanding relationship with GlobeWest.
How would you describe your relationship with GlobeWest over the years?
GlobeWest were one of the first suppliers I had an account with. I used them on some of my first projects and it’s safe to say that we’ve both grown in that time. I think it’s about 18 of their 20 years that I’ve turned to GlobeWest to solve my design solutions.
In your experience, how do you perceive GlobeWest in the industry?
GlobeWest certainly has grown in reputation as the range has grown. In the beginning I would turn to GlobeWest for cost effective solutions, now the range is very forward facing and design focused.
Could you share an experience you’ve had with our team that left a lasting impression?
Cool product ranges, a great trade program and brilliant team that go above and beyond to assist me.
When you think of GlobeWest over the years, how have you seen the ranges grow and develop over time?
For one of my first ever projects I used GlobeWest besides and coffee tables, they were walnut veneer and it was so long ago that the colour has come back in style. I’ve used GlobeWest for almost (if not every) Yourtown Christmas prize home for the last 9 years and I’m always interested to see what they have coming for use in future projects.

Jul 24-We recently had the pleasure of hosting a special event to commemorate GlobeWest's 20th anniversary, alongside the launch of our Collections 2025 at Décor and Design.
The evening was filled with excitement as we welcomed friends of GlobeWest to join us for this milestone celebration. We loved hosting with celebratory drinks & canapes. It was a wonderful opportunity to reflect on our journey so far and look forward to what’s next with Collections 2025.
Thank you to everyone who joined us in celebrating this momentous occasion. Here’s to many more years of innovation and beautiful design!
