Can you please introduce Birdblack Design?

Tell us about the Hai Lang Residence.

Welcome to beachfront property Hai Lang Residence, where the essence of waves echoes through every corner. Inspired by our clients' heritage, "Hai Lang" translates to "wave" in Mandarin, reflecting the graceful movement of the sea. Crafted by Building Designer Jason Harb of JIH Building Design, this architectural marvel embodies the fluidity and rhythm of waves.

Setting a new standard in Australian design, Hai Lang Residence is the result of a synergistic collaboration. Working in unison, Building Designer Jason Harb, Interior Designers Birdblack Design, and our dedicated build team at Aspire Constructions have brought a vision to life.

What was the brief for the home?

The goal for this home was to craft a cozy and harmonious retreat suitable for an intergenerational family and their beloved pets. The interior design was guided by Feng Shui principles.
