Marble

How to care for your Marble Homewares
Each marble piece is uniquely crafted by skilled artisans using natural stone. With proper care, you can preserve its beauty and ensure its durability for years to come.

General Care

  • Wipe with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust and debris.
  • For deeper cleaning, use a mild, pH-neutral soap with warm water and a soft sponge. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as they can damage the surface.
  • Do not soak in water or place in the dishwasher, as excessive moisture can weaken the stone and affect its finish.
  • Dry immediately with a clean, soft towel to prevent water spots.

Focused Care

  • Along with general care and maintenance guidelines, each material has unique characteristics and care requirements that should be considered. Please follow these additional guidelines to ensure the longevity of your furniture & homewares.

Preventing Stains & Damage

  • Marble is porous and can absorb liquids, leading to stains. Wipe up spills immediately, especially acidic substances like citrus, vinegar, or wine.
  • Use coasters, placemats, or trays to protect surfaces from potential stains and scratches.

Storage & Handling

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which may cause discoloration over time.
  • Keep away from extreme temperature changes to prevent cracks or damage.
  • Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
