Nestled in the commercial hub of Sydney, The Chifley Tower demonstrates architectural brilliance featuring stunning harbour views. Through seamless collaboration, the Spec Suite was transformed by the McCormack project team and Strutt Studios. Showcasing sleek architectural elements and contemporary furnishings including GlobeWest furniture which was specified throughout the foyer and office space.

Charter Hall
Located in downtown Sydney, with stunning harbor views, Charter Hall is just a leisurely walk away from the Royal Botanic Gardens. The Spec Suite fit out was a result of the successful collaboration between Siren Design and McCormack Projects. The sophisticated and contemporary design seamlessly integrates luxurious furnishings including specified GlobeWest furniture throughout the foyer and kitchen areas.

"The Be Well Hawthorn studio design revolves around ‘The Well’ – a central lounge area with a relaxed & welcoming spa-type feel which also facilitates meetings, interviews & reading the paper.
With The Well being a central design & operational feature, & knowing the scalable model with intent to open multiple studios, the main furniture supplier needed to have an extensive range of great pieces & options that could bend & flex with the site-specific design language for each future Be Well studio.
Given the unpredictability of the ‘post-COVID’ landscape, knowing there will be plenty of stock or quality alternatives available is essential & GlobeWest provides this peace of mind for us.
All the Globewest furniture ties together beautifully for what we needed at the Hawthorn studio & was an easy sell to the client with their great imagery accessible online. ‘The Well’ at Be Well is everything the client hoped for and more, as are the supplementary pieces of Globewest furniture spread throughout the venue.
