Brief & Consultation

Arrange a free consultation with a dedicated GlobeWest Account Manager at your site or in one of our five showrooms conveniently located in major capital cities: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide & Perth.

Debrief

We will confirm our understanding of your needs including target customer, look & feel, floorplan, durability requirements/ usage, budget/price points, quantities, delivery & installation requirements.

Proposal Development

Our inhouse design, product management & procurement teams will work closely with you to develop a furniture package/ options to bring your space to life.

Presentation

Your GlobeWest Project Manager will present our proposal, take feedback & refine product selections until they optimise your floor plan, style, budget & timeline.

Production

Refined project management & quality control systems will ensure timely arrival of your goods in perfect condition.

Delivery & Installation

A seamless, white-glove delivery service including installation & rubbish removal will leave your commercial space looking beautiful & ready for occupancy and/or trading.

Head of National Sales

Jessica has a wealth of industry knowledge with over 15 years experience in sales management roles across wholesale and retail companies. Jessica leads a team of over 20 sales and interior design professionals, providing strategic direction to the National Sales Team. Jessica has worked closely with the Product, Design and Marketing teams to establish GlobeWest Projects and she has experience with large scale projects from tender to implementation.

Kirsten Morris

Business Development Manager, VIC/TAS

Kirsten has over 12 years experience having commenced her career within the residential interiors sector. Her passion for architecture, furniture and textiles has enabled Kirsten to blend her personal love for design with her professional capabilities. Kirsten looks forward to working across both residential projects within the retail and property sector alongside workplace and other commercial projects.

Caitlin Coventry

Business Development Manager, VIC/TAS

Caitlin has extensive senior sales experience; from working on Australia’s leading fashion & home lifestyle magazines to owning & running a bespoke product development business; creating gift ranges for some of Australia’s most well-known retailers.  With a collaborative sales approach her aim is to always create best possible outcomes for all stakeholders.   Caitlin is thrilled that her lifelong passion for design, architecture, fashion & retail has led to her role as BDM at GlobeWest.

Marina Pesa

Business Development Manager, VIC/TAS

Bringing over 14 years of seasoned expertise in sales and account management, Marina has navigated the realms of hospitality, property management and development as well as the interior sector. Marina's dedicated focus extends to trade, commercial, wholesale and marketplace partners across these diverse landscapes, spanning Australia, NZ, Europe, Hong Kong and the USA. Within the dynamic landscape of GlobeWest, Marina's primary emphasis revolves around accommodation, hospitality, property developers and display show homes. Thomas has almost 20 years’ experience in the home furnishings and interiors sector, having worked for some premium Australian and International wholesale furniture brands.
Thomas brings a natural passion for interiors and design, with superior relationship and commercial acumen, becoming a part of the GlobeWest team is a creative dream come true.  Thomas’ enthusiasm and drive will create  exciting projects within the commercial, residential and design space.

Charmaine Coombes

Business Development Manager, NSW/ACT

Charmaine has had a broad career in the Design and Construction industry.  She has completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management, Certificate in Interior Decoration and also holds a Low-Rise Builders Licence.  Charmaine has worked on a wide range of Residential & Commercial projects in Sydney, Brisbane & the Gold Coast, with extensive experience in Construction, Renovation, Property Styling, Sales, Colour Consulting and Interior Design Concepts.  Charmaine is well placed to provide GlobeWest’s clients with the expertise required to select the perfect layout, furniture and homewares to complete a design scheme.

Lischa Norris

State Manager, NSW/ACT

Lischa is a business professional with a strong entrepreneurial acumen and passion for creating beautiful environments. Lischa has expertise that span diverse design sectors, including commercial, retail, workplace, and residential spaces. Lischa has worked in the design sector across Australia, London and Paris, she has experience in leading sales teams, creating exceptional customer experiences and optimising operational efficiency. Lischa has an MBA qualification and enjoys working with diverse businesses and building long term customer relationships.

Involved in her family’s building company from a young age, Virginia followed her passion of interior design by completing a Diploma of Interior Design. Kelly Tidy

After running her own boutique residential & commercial interior design business for many years, Kelly has joined the Adelaide team with a focus of assisting our clients with projects to create beautiful & functional spaces that harmonize with their surroundings. Holly Yeomans

Co-owner & Founder Roxby Lane (GlobeWest Distributor, WA)

With a background in the arts, hospitality and furniture design, Hollys’ business acumen & passion for the Interior Industry is only fitting that it led the way to working with great product and providing over 20 years of exceptional service in Western Australia. Roxby Lane was first established importing furniture collections in 2002 and shortly afterwards in 2004, became the sole distributor & stockist for the GlobeWest Brand in WA. Holly leads a professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming sales & marketing team. The team are experienced in all fields of Residential, Retail, Commercial & Aged Care projects and welcomes all enquiries.
